Reserved to students in Year 10 & 12 whose dedication and drive redefine the meaning of excellence. High academic achievers who persevere in their goals.
Criteria:
A subject/ vocational passion that can be evidenced
Additional qualification or award achieved in a subject area
Mandatory requirements
CAT4 MAT criteria - 127 across 2 batteries or a mean of 127
Historic record of academic success - GCSE grades of 7 and above (For Year 12)
Minimum 96% attendance - maximum 7 days absence
Minimum 96% punctual - maximum 7 days late
Commitment to the wider life of the school - for example ECA participation, sports team participation or a leadership role in school
Embodies EC values of integrity and respect in their behaviour
A measurable impact of something they have done within the school
Recommendations of academic potential from subject teacher/s
